There's not a single commercial facing LDP that is open for business after so long. I wonder why.

Seriously IMO developers are just to greedy to snap up land for development w/o looking at history. Just look across the bridge and you can see Leisure Commerce Square. It has been lackluster for so as long as it existed and now you duplicate their geographical model just diagonally across.

I dun belive in Feng Shui but the results speak for themselves. cheers.

But in the far future when the FTZ is actually rezoned and redeveloped then some transformation can happen la.

Landlord and tenant are on two different sides of the same coin. What is good for tenant may not be good for landlord and vs.

Heard some landlord offer 6 months free rental.

So memang is a non bumi lot. Anyone can buy.
And is a vacant unit.

As comparison subsale I know some agents selling a same type unit 745 sqft duplex at 700k with tenancy. Tenanted at only 2000 per month.
The lelong unit is like at almost half price.

actually I dropped a friend of a friend there before, at night.

the lobby and the whole project is not that bad (despite the waterfall incident), definitely don't feel tacky or el cheapo feel.

I seriously wont called BS gateway failed as yet. they still have 2 blocks of resi close to vp and another suites launching soon.
as for the mall, fnb is doing fair biz.

To be fair for Icon Residenz, it is a nice apartment with all the good amenities. The management service also start to pick up and improve on all aspect. Lot of problem had been solved. But of course still have lot of room and problem to improve and solve
