Mahsing projects r nice because there have been so many flippers. Can get props at high discounts in auction.

Theres another 10 acres to be developed, but that might only come in the next 10 years. Maybe 15 years for completion.

Gosh...is this place even alive?

Always a bad move to build many commercial units below residential units. Most of such condo properties are not doing well as the commercial units are empty, leaving a deserted feeling as you drive towards it
