Video pirates? LoL.. They won't be definitely joining YES as PAYU is too expensive for such purposes....
Enjoy your 'great' speeds at exorbitant prices while I get my TV and movie fix at a flat rate every month =D
Even with the capping and the throttling Screamyx and Unifi still offer superior value per GB compared to YES.. What's the use of the all that speed if not for the GBs lol...
i think you got it wrong. lower latency is better.. im at work at the moment. i can test the dl speed later at home for you. this speed is not from ytl by the way. im renting a place in singapore because of work. that is the speed of singtel's fibre connection. i'm only using 2mbps connection in johor bahru.
speedtests: [Direct HTTP DL] [Torrent DL]
thanks bro, the speed is great! but seem it never touch the theory speed 200mbps/8bit = 25MB?

Extremely impressive speed, more so for a wireless connection! Is it due to that 700mhz spectrum or what?

Where is my stars?

Testing using my friend's YES account. 5Mbps download, 2Mbps upload. But, 9 sen for 3MB is very expensive. Download is fast but gaming is not so much. Got 100+ms ping on local server. Haven't tested it on bad weather too.

a few days ago i was on my way to kuantan so i decide to test the coverage on the road. From Gombak to Genting sempah (is this right?) i got 1 to 5 bars but after the R&R at genting sempah there was completely no signal until i reach Kuantan city.

Ipoh's Yes 4G network still remains patchy and signal can drop from full to 1 bar only within just a few hundred metres away. Certainly not ready for use within vehicles yet as you signal can drop out of sudden causing unintended disconnections. But where signal is strong with 4-5 bars, you get amazing speed like these: Full bars 4 bars only
