mine didnt have any ticking sound...i dont know why urs got ticking sound...its ok mate..try not t press the button harder....press it slowly..

I had that ticking (or ratling) sound coming out from my previous iPhone 4. The phone worked OK, but it annoyed the hell out of me.

So I went to Maxis KLCC and got mine replaced with a new (refurbished) set. All settled in one visit :-)

Unfortunately, I lost my expensive Power Support screen protector in the process :-( Re-applied another PS screen protector though.

if got stocks surely u get it on the spot mate...if dont have stock better go to another maxis shop to get it...otherwise u need to wait for stocks to arrive...

maxis user here , i had encountered 1 problem recently , when i sending the sms , it always encountered "message sending failure" and this happened for at least 3times per day. When this problem occured, i can't phone and received msg n call as well, this problem will last for around 1-3mins and will be bek to normal. So is this iphone problem or izit network problem? Thanks.

I find Maxis coverage is going from bad to worst day by day.
Last time it used to be pretty good andden soon, my phone always no line or half bars only. I thought it was my sim card problem at first as that was what they tell me. So I went to get my sim card changed. Now it's still like this. And lots of places no 3G also.

Is your sim card quite old? They say sim card lifespan around few years only. If like 4-5 years then maybe a bit faulty edi.

Prepaid sim? What you can do for now is to speak with Maxis and let them know this problem. Prolly they will replace you a new sim.
