Unbilled amount is including or excluding rebates? Rebates like FREE 200sms or maybe FREE 1GB data for Value 1 package.

Seriously, think thrice before signing any package with Maxis. Had a bad experience with them. Will post my story when i'm done with them. Half way through complaint now. argh !
