anybody can asnwer my question?i scare now...later umobile send bill to my house -___-

I think they take our information during registration to prevent the bad guys from using the prepaid to commit crime and police "can have additional way" of tracing the bad guys.

If you receive bill due to prepaid over use, can report to newspaper ald i guess.

yes, after reaching quota 5GB,you still can enjoy the service without extra charges, but the speed will be capped at 128kbps only until next billing cycle.

actually p1 is faster than that, depends on your area,. if your area very less user they wont capped you at all, i am using p1 as well, never capped i think because i use it for 2 years plus now and also my area very less user,.. icon_rolleyes.gif

You're correct.2G data roaming is only available for umobile voice service(including prepaid-unlimited internet/PAYU&postpaid) customers, not for those dedicated U broadband service customers.

Did you force connect your phone to WCDMA network only?

Try it in your phone settings. Then stay somewhere close to your window or do it outside your house.

Thank you for those who reply to my question few days back on UB68 unlimited broadband.
Confirm it is NOT auto renew. You need to activate the plan again)

For UB68 5G unlimited:
Somebody here mentioned that you need to wait for a few days after re-activation then your speed will back to normal. I asked customer service about this and here what I understand.

Maximum 5 days (1/6 of a month?) for the throttled speed to go back to normal speed after re-activation. It is because the reset is NOT automatic and somebody from technical department (TD) only can do it. Technical dept. only available office hours time, so no point calling CS after office hours. CS can inform TD when they come back. So, avoid re-activation after 5 pm especially on Friday. Avoid re-activate prior to long holiday say before CNY. You need to wait until TD people come back from holiday then call them to remove the throttled speed.

Can't they make a mechanism to reset it automatically?

Depending on the user as well. Digi RM15/week internet auto renewal does not impress me since they did not tell the user that they implement until the user found out themselves.

Rm68 is not a small amount though. I guess from the easy menu can set it to renew automatically every month.
