I called also, same thing Peters' staff said. Cannot do anything lah, now still negotiate with MBPJ lah, they also said better we go protest make this issue big. Peters' said they also under pressure because if late deliver key to buyers, they are the one kena.
PJS1 area is under TMN MEDAN ADUN? We have to make sure not meeting wrong channel. Anyone manage to talk with Peters' boss? Do you all think he is now trying to hide from all these rubbish? Where are Peters' Angels? They fly to sky already? Not always Ms. Choo, she cannot do anything, she just employee..... |

QUOTE(ch_leong @ Jun 13 2011, 05:15 PM) Just to let you know, I'll called the developer office, they have to NO RESOLUTION for the stop work order. I've informed them we'll do a demonstration and they are okay with that. They have mentioned we shd give some pressure to selangor government. just called adun's office with your number above. the fella on the other line is not aware of the 1120 buyers. when i ask what is adun's stand on trepassers and what they were going to do to help us genuine tax payers, he is not able to reply. just say that he will speak to pn haniza on this. yes, all buyers of 1120, you have to call the adun to make it known that there are many more of us out there! how can u deny 1120 families vs 2 squatters?Added on June 13, 2011, 5:05 pmI have called ADUN tmn medan @ 77812151 to inform them we'll do a peaceful demonstration this coming friday. They are not aware of the predicament of the purchaser. All purchasers PLEASE call TMN MEDAN ADUN to complain. PLEASE! |

Just to share: i sms YB Hee just now..i am very dissapointed with his response..he said why the government should be blamed?not the developer?i am very dissapointed with answer.is this how a YB should respond? I hope we are not fighting a losing battle here.
Added on June 14, 2011, 1:53 pmThis is answer from YB:Pls get your facts correct b4 u blame us! Firstly, State didn't confiscate land on existing site, State only issue 6 months stop work order notis, if developer can settle the outstanding issue, than the stop work order would be shorter. State only confiscated 3 plots land from developer at PJS 1 but not the existing development site! Added on June 14, 2011, 2:08 pmHis futher respond: Pls feel free come to my PJ Sec. 17 office to discuss on every Friday from 11am to 5pm. Tq Added on June 14, 2011, 2:10 pmFrom his respond,i think we should also push the developer to resolve the issue asap..because it is now up to the developer to resolve fast or not. Else we should get compensation. This post has been edited by sam59: Jun 14 2011, 02:10 PM |

Confiscate developer's lands is enough. Making us buyers anxious for nothing |

From the announcement, it seems MPPJ started it all and now the State is blaming developer for not doing anything. The eviction order was since 2010 and only demolished in May 2011 - must mean developer tiada jalan lagi. How unfair |

Thanks for the info on the dev's new announcement.
At least the dev is saying something now after keeping quiet for so long. Added on June 14, 2011, 3:45 pmJust read it and they are saying that they promise that this project will not be abandoned. Phew!!! relief!! Then I read on to the controversy part. Does not seem like it is dev's fault. Looks as if they have done everything. Maybe YB Hee should say more on what the outstanding matters and whether it relates to this project. To me, whatever the issues are between the dev and the state, the biggest question is whether it relates to this project. The state already want to confiscate the dev's land so why the stop work order too? Confusing. If the dev solves the outstanding issues, then no confiscation? Since they want to confiscate, then do so and lift the stop work order and let the 1120 purchasers sleep better. This post has been edited by angry1120: Jun 14 2011, 03:45 PM |

don't blame the selangot gov i think all these are self create by the developer. who ask them cheap the indian resident?
Now Selangor gov got no choice to issue stop order before the BN gov manuplate the issue become racial issue. Please think logically.. This post has been edited by siaww: Jun 14 2011, 05:37 PM |
