I was quoted rm3k for lawyer fee (loan document). Before discount it was 3.9k. Price of my property is just 192k and d loan is 173k. Cheap our expensive? Any advise?

surprise me they are not increase the price even only few unit left. Like most of the developer will increase the price if only limited unit, i think the price still remain to rm 210,000++ . may be is the slow construction and they are not increase the price yet.

Yesterday went pump petrol @ Petronas and snapped these 2 pictures. There are 2 tower cranes and piling machines on site.
Looks like it is progressing well.

this project is cheap in price because of the location is not good at all. poor environment. not good for investment nor home stay.

Thirty years ago some high and mighty did not want to live in Bungsar for the same reasons as above. Let not history repeat itself. Still if you want better surrounding , etc, etc I suggest Bt Kiara or even KLCC areas would be ideal place.

This is solely your own opinion. I have stay for 10 years here. I don;t find any reason that it is not suitable for human to stay.
