Just to share: i sms YB Hee just now..i am very dissapointed with his response..he said why the government should be blamed?not the developer?i am very dissapointed with answer.is this how a YB should respond? I hope we are not fighting a losing battle here.
Added on June 14, 2011, 1:53 pmThis is answer from YB:Pls get your facts correct b4 u blame us! Firstly, State didn't confiscate land on existing site, State only issue 6 months stop work order notis, if developer can settle the outstanding issue, than the stop work order would be shorter. State only confiscated 3 plots land from developer at PJS 1 but not the existing development site!
Added on June 14, 2011, 2:08 pmHis futher respond: Pls feel free come to my PJ Sec. 17 office to discuss on every Friday from 11am to 5pm. Tq
Added on June 14, 2011, 2:10 pmFrom his respond,i think we should also push the developer to resolve the issue asap..because it is now up to the developer to resolve fast or not. Else we should get compensation.

Stop work order no matter 6 months or shorter enough to delay progress already!
If State really want to help, why put stop work order? Confiscate developer's lands is enough.
Making us buyers anxious for nothing
