smile.gif Be patient , sure there will be ppl keen to sell. No need to hurry. It should be a acceptable location, not much land in this area.

i stayed around this area for 19 years. noticed many shops nearby couldn't be sold out. even the condos beside usj19 mall looks dirty and like a slump, with the basement ceiling leaking after rain. although the location is good, no one likes staying over there unless they do a massive makeover of the place. several projects have been stalled previously due to irresponsible developers and only recently resumed.

What has USJ19 mall got to do with 1120 Park Avenue? The developer for USJ19 mall is different from that of 1120 PA. The original developer for USJ19 mall was Sanjung Utama S/B and when it went into receivership the development was taken over by SM Mahasalam S/B. As for 1120 PA it is developed by the Peter's Group.

USJ19 mall (or Rhythm Avenue/City Mall) is about 12.5 km by road or if you can fly like a bird it is some 9km away. If you want to include all those condos within the 9km radius from 1120 PA, you can cover the areas from Tropicana to Mutiara Damansara to Sri Hartamas to Kuala Lumpur to Seri Kembangan to Puchong and to Subang Jaya. In case you are confused where USJ19 mall (or 1120 PA) is, I am pleased to attach the link for your better understanding: http://goo.gl/maps/3BI7T

With one stroke of a pen, you tarnished the reputation of 2 condo complexes. I bet you are one of those sour grapes out there who missed the boat of purchasing a unit in 1120 PA which is now near completion and probably beyond your reach.

Crystal2 - I like the way you write , factual and with a clear mind. PA 1120 is coming up nicely. There will be sour grapes ,ESP those whom have missed the golden opportunity to own a unit. There will always be people who will continue to condemn their own decision. Thank you

Photos taken this morning. The green netting has been stripped off B1 and they are now clearing the debris at the ground floor access road. Workers are still fixing sliding doors in some units of B1. The metal-deck (or zinc) roof has been erected on the top floor of carpark B2. This means that all owners' parking bays are covered. External wall plaster for B7 has been done up to level 10 and the metal roof for B9 is done.

If you are one of the buyer, do you mind to have your parking bay is uncovered, while the rest below your level are all covered?
Just parking bay only, not your unit's rooftop...what's the problem?

I think they will start paying the rebate (at 7.5% on selling price in 18 equal monthly instalments) after CF/Vacant Possession.

I have my right to speak out my opinion, what the problem with you?

Not only car park with zinc rooftop, the condo itself also have zinc rooftop, looks so low class from outside, when go inside the unit look at thise expose pipe in kitche and bathroom, even more low class look....eventhough some old condo with cheaper price also not come with so lousy and outdated design.....this developer juz want to make everything in low cost.... mad.gif

Buyers of 1120 PA e.g.like crystal2 and teannaliim are people whom are contributing positively to make this a better place to stay, whilst you seem to continue to be highly critical and seem to be highly unhappy with this housing development. The project is already at its tie end and nearly completion stage. Be patient . biggrin.gif
