before we even go to the high court, let's do things step by step. We have not even meet up this saturday, and we are already talking about nonsense. whatever your question and confusion, pls sign or accept the FB invitation for this Sat. let's get an answer from developer and MB or the squatters. i think the answer lies on the squatters. let's make sure we know what we want to ask. i'm sure the developer can only tell us waiting for S'ngor gov to reply.

Good to have reporters with us but politician?i don't think so.
i never trust an active politician. never ever.

after reading the timeline from 1120, i realized this incident has been so many years. and i feel a bit cheated. The developer knew there's a problem with the land and yet they still want to develop it.

There should be a neutral 3rd party to mediate between the state gov, developer and the squatters. Actually, if what is written on peter's website is true, I think they have done more than enough to help the squatters. All their offer is rejected by the squatters. Demolishing the squatters house is the last resort and they got the court order for it so its totally legal. The problem is the state government got panicky because certain parties are exploiting this issue.

Good. agreed.

Certain parties are exploiting this issue (play politic) for the squatters and caused state government got panicky and simply issue stop work letter.
Very obviously, state government want to gain support for the "certain parties" and the squatters...
But at the same time lost support from 1120 units purchaser and the developer ....

Actually what the hell the squatters want ? really don't know..sometime they want this. sometimes they want that...confusing ...
Maybe the squatters really want a bungalow, want 1 million cash, or want to become MB or even wana become PM ?

I just very simple, I want my house build on time. That all. I got a house for living then is very very good already...

The "certain parties" exploiting this issue for the squatters I knew is from which group. They even go to British complaint Malaysia...

There's a facebook page here on PJS 1
https://www.facebook.com/rumahpanjangpjs1?flyingspaghettimonster=ts

It's of course created by people siding the residents. So maybe we can go there and ask what's their concern and demands? Be nice ok!

Actually i believe this problem can solve one. Just that we need to listen to each other's concern and then find solution, not just one side.

Some guests of this forum have turn this into a racial issue. Please do not be a racist but treat this as a Malaysian problem. Remember there are Chinese, Malay and Indian purchacers in this project and all should fight for their rights as one. I believe 1120 unit holders have the law on their side and will triump ultimately.

the squatters turn this into a racial issue...the certain group exploiting this issue for the squatters turn this into a racial issue first !!
They said "their race" live of living no change and a lot of bla bla bla bla in freemalaysiatoday....all about their race !
The developer offer flat at lembah subang, they said very far. disable cannot go klinik...only PJS got klinik ? malaysia others place don't have klinik ??
they said welfare group at PJS support RM150 per month to them, if move to other place, the welfare group not pay them ??
All excuse !!
Maybe the squatters are satisfy with the flat, just the certain group are exploiting and play politic to influence the squatters not accept the offer by developer.

I see the youtube from freemalaysia, got 1 gentleman i think is the leader of the certain group...
talking nonsense a lot and play politic ...
He not stay there, he just want to become famous or maybe want to become candidate in the next election then playing this issue.

Peter launch this project 2009 but the certain group only exploiting this issue for the squatters this year. Because election coming soon ma...

Bring The Star, The Sun, Utusan, Malay Mail, Berita Harian reporter go....

Be careful of the "certain group". They knew we will go demo tmr. (I will go )
They sure will come kacau and scold us...
Don't gaduh with the certain group, they want famous and want to become "Hero" for their own race...
Anything not right just call police...

Leave some comment on the thread if you're supporting this article. The more the merrier as it shows how serious this issue is to the rest of 1120 unit owners.

Do your part, it's the least that you can do to help.

actually, the first thing that we should do is to write into our respective bank about our loan status. if possible get a lawyer to write in a letter requesting bank not to release any progress payment to the developer. and highlight that the condo project have been stop. also bring in the option to terminate or shelf the loan until the problem is resolved. as of now, there is still no disbursement, so if the project never get completed, buyers will only lose their 10% deposit and loan agreement cost. the, get help from consumer claims tribunal to request for the refund of 10%.

Yes, I agree. This issue isn't about race, it's about certain people thinking the world owes them a living. I'm Indian and a buyer - I also want my 1st home built on time. Years ago, when my grandparents were asked to move from their squatters to a low-cost flat, the whole family accepted this and moved quietly without any fuss. I really hope this issue is resolved effectively.

by reading the announcement posted by developer, i think all parties which area developer, the squatter residents and goverment should take responsible on this...all parties should solve this problem before open for sales, this developer also quite irresponsibble becoz according to the fact that they post, this issue never been resolve but they oledy open for condo sale during year 2009 oledy.........i think the most pity party is the condo buyers....

Tehnically that's how things should be done.

However, if one has to wait untill every squatters happy then until year 2020 also we wont see any new development over there..

dun agree to that. if offer this and that to squatters and they dun wanna take, i think the developer is right in using the law. why deny 1120 families of homes for 2 fellas who dun wanna listen to reason?

ya, believe any developer would be the same. if cannot appease them on a humanitarian ground, then, let the legal system decide. nobody should be above the law. even the govt - they are not above the law. the way they acted, it seems so - abusing their power like that. what law has the developer broken?

that's why I said it can never be done if one has to wait till every squatter happy..

and that is why developer is right in their action because they have resort to various alternative to make the squatters happy..
