Out of sheer xtermititis (not enough terminal syndrome), I got paranoid that FreeISMS (the el jacky sparrow "business" one) was not working on my E71. In response, I bought ThreadSMS for fifty bucks.
...
After which FreeISMS started working again. Ugh. I got so fed up I went and bought FreeISMS as well out of sheer sakit hati. Now, for the loss of about RM80, I have TWO friggin PAID threaded sms apps on my E71 (okay, just one actually - the ThreadSMS guys still haven't contacted me with a registered version of the app yet).
Again, I fully blame the N900 for getting me so used to threaded messaging. Oh well, I'll just sell the app to my other Symbian toting family members - hopefully they do license transfers.
On the bright side, Threaded Messaging app shootout anyone? A little hint: FreeISMS "Business Edition" is somehow in the lead for now.
Maybe I'll revive my blog and put some reviews up. Especially on the Otterbox.
Sorry for the TL;DR rant there. Needed to vent.

Thirdly i guess u will need to reflash your device.

no nid memory card first as u probably wont be able to fill up those 32gb. just my 2cents
anyways, just to add as an input for those cant connect to wifi dat requires pin method or push button on router, 1.go to settings. 2. go internet connection.
from here, create a new wlan connection based on that wifi dat requires setup and youre good to go. sry for being a slowpoke if this is already out and sry for messy input coz im using n900 to post nw

You may find some of the applications go missing and you need to install back by your own. After you have restored from backup, you need internet connection so that the N900 can download the applications that you have previously. The setting of applications stay. Anyway, I try to put all the videos on the memory card and leave my internal storage free. I also change the camera and video capture to memory card, my memory card is only class2, not sure if higher speed will help to improve the video capture performance. Perhaps someone who have higher speed can verify.
