hi kids , its deposit .pls wait for ur paper bill and see on top of the bill

wondering why so hard for all the kids here to understand the bill ? 1st month = RM75 + monthly fee (50% disc.)+monthly fee + taxes ....

if im an existing user of streamyx paying rm66/month. so what is the charges? only the deposit of RM75? the line is not under my name.

RM66 ? 512kbps ? www.streamyx.com.my under coolunipack or 1st post .pls dont expect spoonfeed by us ...1more time and ur post will be reported

The RM75 deposit is for ur telephone.
Once u terminate ur phone line and return the phone, u will get back the deposit.

Does anyone know how long is this negligible downtime under Solution 1? My dad went to TMPoint to enquire specifically about this and they told him 14 days, which I thought is ridiculous for a "negligible downtime".. unless my dad told them incorrectly or the other way round.

Interested to change to 4MB but 30 days "quarantine" period is way too long. For you guys how long was the downtime if situation 2?

Is there a TM point at Taipan Subang Jaya?

Basically there will be a few days waiting if i cancel my streamyx and switch to this package right?

I've been trying to call Bangsar TMpoint but no one picked it up. It has been almost 3 weeks. This is insane. I've called TM Call Center plenty of times but they had yet to give my any feedbacks. I've been told my application was not in their record, so what do I need to do now? Re-apply one more time? That's BS!

Today go to terminate the streamyx and reapply the Cool Unipack (situation 2). Hope TM can settle my case as soon as posible.

u called to their branch ? u shouldnt do that ! .... pls go to the branch personally ... so that u can get ur things done

i called tm called hp many times. yet hp still said my application not send yet.
i registered for CoolUniPack on April 27 and finally my line was installed on June 21. and until now i haven got the netbook yet.
anyone help?

i just want to find a solution here.

I think the manager(?) or whoever just called me, and he told me to go to Bangsar TMpoint to recheck my application in case the man at the counter "terlepas pandang" and didn't process my subscription. Way to go, TM.


I am so freakin' pissed.

Oh and the reason I called the branch was because TM call center told me to! They couldn't do sh*t because my application was not in their record thus they couldn't arrange a technician to come to my house.

I will visit TMpoint Bangsar and someone's gonna have a bad day tomorrow.
