no mention.... but others... dont simply make complain to MCMC unless tm really providing bad service... my complaint was their branch system down for 4 continuous days at certain time which unable me to do application.... But MCMC request TM to close case until customer fully satisfied.... I received calls from branch manager n oso regional manager to close da case.... and yu guys need to provide detailed information too... dont simply make report that after application no response from tm... of course you have to make calls first...Added on July 31, 2010, 12:08 pm
