what is the extra Rm6.58? i do not understand of it

since the homeline is under my mom's name and streamyx is mine.

my homeline bill is registered with Let’s Talk 38 Package, so would my RM26 will be waived too? and what i need to do is just pay for extra RM12 only?

It's a pro rate price of RM 6.58. It simply means, they charge you like per day. Usually 1 month is about 30 days, but somehow you applied in the middle of the month, they charged you at pro rate. Look at the dates carefully, 01/07/10 - 31/07/10 = 30 days. 01/08/10 - 03/09/10 = 33 days.

But yeah, I do agree a bit funny how they charge...

just to confirm, format new copy of windows 7 then the 1gb is enuf ? and also when i format can i totally clear the HP OS ?

1gb is actually enuf for normal web surfing and movie. get a 8gb pendrive and use it for readyboost . its very significant

Adoii ... Just check and call 100 for my 4mb application .
They release 1mb only , haiya ! ... The operator suggest to go again to TMPoint bring the form duplicate to ask for explaination ..

bcoz of your post, I went to check again on my 4mb..they only installed 1mb.. i found out that the apartment im staying at block A is listed as 2 n 4mb availability..im staying block B ...

but that day TM Point outlet told me too far.. tomorrow gonna go TM Point outlet make noise already !!!

just make sure , they install 1mb and they charge u appropriately , not 4mb rate ..

i check twice for 2mb and 4mb availability for my area ... tru a dealer and TMPoint centre
even the TMpoint personel shows me there'r 34 free port in my area , even ask me to upgrade fast .. and so i did !

I have complaint to MCMC since april, and my 4MB only get installed today.....When i apply, TM say no 4MB in my area.....so install 1MB.....then i make complaint.....drag and drag....the Manager came my house last 2 weeks, and tell me 4MB can! Now got it already smile.gif

In your application status will plan name will be "Streamyx 384kbps (Cool Unipack)" even though you applied for the 4mbps/2mbps/1mbps?

may i noe wad area u staying? .. my fren staying at kajang area, they came to install today and tell them that there is no 4mb at kajang area ..
