could i ask for change speed at tim point so my 384 kps can " change " to 4mps ?

My dad subbed a RM38 384kbps package last year November for me to use, I ve tried multiple times to upgrade my line to either 1MB or 2MB if possible 4MB. TMpoint rejected my application saying uni pack isn't allowed to change speed...Is this right? I ve talked to them for a very long time and they didn't entertain me, telling me that uni pack isn't allowed to modify speed.

I am stuck with 384kbps and annoyed as hell at the moment with a contract bonded for 2 years and not allowed to upgrade the speed.

Taipan TMpoint, I live in USJ Subang. Has anyone experienced this or anyone could help me regarding this?

If i want to change the speed, I still need to fill in any form?

Is it possible to upgrade online? How is the process of upgrading? will they send some technician to my house?? I am not at home often.

They let you changed from Uni pack into another 4mb Uni pack for 4MB for RM88??

The first time I went (Last year December), they freaking told to me come back next year because of current upgrade is closed, need to wait until next year or whatever blah blah.

I went again this year February to upgrade my line and they rejected saying my line isn't allowed for upgrade and some-more I pleaded many times, the guy went and talked to his boss after 1 hour (sat there wait for an hour..great) came out told me I can upgrade to "standard" package only that cost RM88 for 1MB, and require me to present the student ID etc (it was registered under my sister since shes pursueing her degree in college) and it will take 1-2 weeks...what the hell...

sometimes turn on comp then it says cmos error. then show 1/1/2008.
sometimes ok no problem.
sometimes i set back time to the current time, after use some time, it jumps back to few hours back.
