i have the same problem as you and no worries...

i terminate my streamyx at location B... and i just transfer my cool unipack to location B....then my phone line rental fee RM25 not charged because the Coolunipack will include the phone rental...

cheers!

Added on November 15, 2012, 5:04 pmit will and should last as long as you don't terminate it...that's what i know...

so far still using it..no problem...

no...you cannot transfer....
that is what i remember...but always easy for you to go to TM Point and reconfirm...

i find out that different agent may give different answer...
as 2 yrs ago when i first subscribe, i remember i was told i cannot change address and location...but then when i go TM point ask....can transfer to other address....

so better you go to tm point...

I am using 384kbps package @ rm38 per month which I applied lsat time when the plan first introduced.

May I know, what will be the charge after the discountinution of the promotion?

Besides, is there any quota allocated for my plan?

Thanks.

Yes, RM88. Used 4mbps for more than 2 years.

Is the discounted price remain the same even after the contract expired?

does any one get call from tm or recently had upgraded their cool unipack?
just now i receive a call from tm saying that if i plan to upgrade my unipack from now on, the price will be change back to normal, e.g RM130 for 2mbps.

However, if i remains my current package, i will not be affected.

How about when we need to transfer the line to other area? Does the unipack still remain the same cost? Or TM will ask us to subscribe the normal package instead?
