hey guys,

i subscribed tis unipack last year.

but i did not receive the streamyx zone ID.

i have to go get it from TM or how does it work?

so basicly now if i wan to change my unipack to 4mbps, is not available?

haiz...can work like tat 1 meh?

what if the person sign up for the RM38/month 328kbps..

then later say unipack no longer available he have to stuck with the plan for 2 years? breach contract charge u somemore? lolz?

after installation of the free modem, how long did it take to change from ur previous line to the 4mbps line?

the guy told me 24 hours..but not yet : (

he said 24 hours.

but after 24hours, yea after few modem restart i got 4mbps line. but i restart modem its gone again. until now. ._.

i have been using unipack for 2 years, however, out of sudden they sudden call me ask me to pay RM289, say its my old phone line bill.

when i checked its the monthly phone rental RM26 for 2 years, i though unipack includes free phone rental RM26, why the fish are they charging me
RM26 every month. dammit this tmnut ppl, dam smart.
