What should I do? I had registered at TM Point Taipan on 7/9/2010. Until now no one from TM call me for streamyx installation.

anyone can teach how to set up modem.
Im planning to reset my modem since it keep disconnect whenever I didn't use internet for 15-30minutes..everytime open PC need to switch off & ON modem..call 100..but they can't help & they give stupid answer..  |

I'm using Unipack since 5th October but until today I didn't received any bill statement from TM. From experience, how long it take before TM issue the 1st bill?
