yes...you can still upgrade...but i think once you upgrade...u kena 2 years contract again....

no problems ...10yrs contract also not a problem. RM88 for 4mbps is way too cheap d....wakakaka...too bad my condo still under construction. my current staying place cannot support 4mbps...once my unit completed , will relocate and enjoy 4mbps again ..

Recently i'm facing freq dc and my dwnstream can only get less than 2Mbps every time i get connected. I called them and they sent technician over, the results is my area cannot support 4Mbps !!! But i'd been using it for the past 2yrs ~~~ Hmmm, great screamyx !!!

can you check your modem setting and see if the supportable speed is only up to 2Mbps? is this a tactic now used by STreamyx to force user to move to Unifi?

pls take note, i upgraded mine to 4Mbps and now my 1st bill is RM138. I think i am being charged as normal 4MBps package...

But looks like the upgrade is successful to rm88...

lucky me..this month after upgrading 4MBps..on first new bill...they still charged me rm68..i thought they already charged me rm88..

clarification... that is because it's pro rated, right? so you haven't use full month, so you kena pay RM68?

i don't think you can do anything else except to potong...

how to potong if there still 6 month contract?

my friend face issue when he move to Singapore...no choice..he maintain the line and only come back 6 months later just to potong that account...

or else...go to TM POint...tell your problem..not sure if you can maintain RM88 but then just use the fastest speed your new place can offer...

How come you all say there is no increament after 2 years, mine increased... Already 2 years and they put it back to original price...

Mine is frm RM67 back to RM68

I know there is very small changes but still, its back to original package
