The technician finally come to my home and help me set the 4mb line , however he cant open 5mb line for me due to the line problem???? i only get the 4mb line and i run the speedtest showing me only get 3.2mb dl speed?
Should i complain to TM for upgrade my line to 5mb??

how to claim warranty ar? my netbook crazy d.

sometimes turn on comp then it says cmos error. then show 1/1/2008.
sometimes ok no problem.
sometimes i set back time to the current time, after use some time, it jumps back to few hours back.

damn hard to chat in skype lah. conversation flying here and there. = =''

I actually cannot gauge how much they are charging me.

Yeah. Primary battery refering to the battery stick thing right?

I thought not good to let it charge 24-7?

If you remove primary battery, the backup battery is being drained to keep the CMOS time running. Well, wear and tear. You cannot use things without sacrificing any tongue.gif

I'm not sure if you can replace the battery yourself. Pop the back cover open and see.

Your latency will be increase a bit if they change your line mode from FAST to INTERLEAVE....
