Tm net is just eff..I went to TmPoint to do relocation since im gonna move out next week.I asked the dude a few times if I can still use my homeline and Streamyx before the relocation. He said yes..

When come back that time, they went and cancelled the homeline already, therefore I cant access Streamyx..Made a few calls to customer service, only to be told that they have to cancel my homeline first in order to relocate..This is simply outrageous..Aihz

I apologize if its the wrong place for me to rant..Im a coolunipack user..

Hi, guys i would like to know that, if i terminate the unipack now, i would only need to pay 600 only disregard how many months i need to continue for the contract?

And if i terminate the service, is the netbook still mine?

Thanks in advance for any reply.

Yes..., surely you can upgrade your line, and they will still charge you with the Unipack rate... eg : 4Mbps for RM88/month smile.gif

Hey guys,

I understand that we get 2 years warranty for the HP Mini. But im having trouble proving that to TM even though it was stated 2 years on the brochure.

So anyone still have a hardcopy of the brochure?

TM called me and offered me to upgrade to unifi from my current unipack 1mbps(my area max speed), but need additional RM10 monthly on top of the normal RM149 unifi charges for the next 2 years. Anyone think it's worth it? I still have 10 months to go for my unipack contract.

i think upgrade speed is depends on port, not depends on package.
