I went to Tm point yesterday and complete the registration for 384kps >> 4mps , now I'm waiting the technician come to my house

The technician finally come to my home and help me set the 4mb line , however he cant open 5mb line for me due to the line problem???? i only get the 4mb line and i run the speedtest showing me only get 3.2mb dl speed?
Should i complain to TM for upgrade my line to 5mb?? |
