What she mean by upgrade to same plan is u're still on Streamyx Cool Unipack, but u upgrade the speed only. Let's say you're now using Unipack 1Mbps which is RM68/month, then U can upgrade to same Streamyx 4Mbps under Cool Unipack plan which is RM88/month  |

Then I asked them they should give me the final answer whether Unipack user can upgrade their package or not..
