Nazakia has stated on the booking form the deposit is not refundable but it is up to their consideration.

i.e. if the reason of the booking cancellation is because of Nazakia problems/late of delivery, bank loan not approve or any other reasons..the customer should get their deposit back..dun talk to SA only, talk directly to Branch Manager.

If customer cancels their booking because of own reasons..dun want to buy after booked, loan approved but dun wan (eg interest rate bad), loan approved but wan to try another bank etc..it s a bit hard to get refund..

in anyhow, as suggested before..in any case anyhow, complain to Tribunal Pengguna and normally customer will get back the deposit, maybe a bit late..a lengthy processes smile.gif

My 2 cents ;P

Honestly speaking the Koup bumper looks too fierce for the sedan. I prefer the original sedan version which looks more sleek, although if I were driving the Koup I would want the ganas look.

Tail lamps... don't even bother... it's totally different; in fact the Koup and sedan only shares the bonnet and the other parts are pretty much different.

QUOTE(izputra @ Jul 22 2010, 02:21 PM)
That's normal..even for the 2.0. I've asked the same question before  wink.gif perhaps it's designed that way to avoid children from play2 that button (becoz got attracted by the button's light at night time driving)

I'll say it's more of a cost saving measure, which like the absence of the auto-up window function, should not be excluded.
But since I'm always in the driver seat, I couldn't care less. tongue.gif

Erm..i got an info, Koup might probably will not ever being brought in by Nazakia..because of it s low marketability..

2 doors, 2.4 L, > rm100k price tag..it is sport car for few people oni..not common/people car..not so profitable for Naza..Naza ni mmg cekik darah if talking bout profit..

haih..seems that we need to source our parts from SG wink.gif

The 2.4L Koup (and Forte sedan) is for the North American market.

If Naza decides to bring in the Koup it's likely to be the 1.6 and 2.0.

Hmm, which car you all drove previously?

How come you find the steering heavy?

During the car is stopped can you easily turn the steering wheel with 2 fingers? or 1 hand?

Steering wheel is supposed to get heavier with higher speed. It's very dangerous for the steering to be light during high speed.

On another note, looked at my car just now, the front driver and passenger seat window button all got light. Only rear is without lights biggrin.gif

WTF?! Its not my loan approved and I do not want to get the car...but ITS MY LOAN THAT BEEN REJECTED. How am I suppose to buy that car if I couldnt get my loan? Any help guys?

I have a friend who wants to sell his Forte 1.6 CBU. He has tinted the car and also done something on the coating for easy maintaining. Reason for him wanting to sell the car is he is migrating.

Any idea what's the reasonable price to offer? I am kind a interested to buy.

Thanks

QUOTE(bmkia @ Jul 21 2010, 10:09 PM)
... Go to the Consumer Tribunal if they refuse to refund you. The Consumer Tribunal will fight for you for RM5 which is all you have to pay when you lodge a formal complaint. (Make sure you keep all the records)

No point highlight to HQ nor Careline. They are one and the same.... They are just good at saying, we will check and get back to you (which they never do). Personally, I have heard this more than 10x... even 2-3 emails from CMD Naza HQ saying the same.... Its total BS.... Naza could handle it better by not making empty promises every time they fail to deliver. This just goes to prove, NAZA CMD is a real joke and is 100% not committed to resolving your issue, they just log down ur complaint and thats where it ends.

I don't agree with making 1st class attention, it just frustrate you when there is nothing you can do about it but make yourself and some Naza staff miserable.....
*
Bro bmkia, i can understand your frustrations. Though not as bad as you, I have had almost similar feeling in my dealing with the company's Careline / CMD. Still, I think it is better to lodge any complaint there first, at least give them a chance to resolve it, despite their unmindful attitude, before (and be prepared in) going to The Consumer Tribunal.

But the worst experience I have with the company is their blatant denial and/or distortion at their management levels (such as sales manager) on sales promises made. shocking.gif vmad.gif The dishonor practice reflects little if any due respect to basic consumer rights. Perhaps this is not uncommon in Malaysia, but certainly a disgrace.

As a bro once put it, "the car is good, but company lousy." (as he sold me the k-emblems...)

The bitter lesson is: as or before you make booking and d/payment, insist that all sales promises are clearly documented, signed, and chopped.

Aiyaa..kindly dont call me sifu laa  blush.gif  Me also not expert enough. Maybe i'm wrong also. i just try to recall back the theoretical parts of Force & Aerodynamics for practical purposes. hopefully my memory still serves me well..already 9 years leaving college u know & i did not practice it either on my current job tongue.gif
Somehow your SC manager's  statement might be right also. If the BK was designed & tested properly in a wind tunnel (to get the best design for streamline air flow especially under the car), the BK might reduce the Drag Force (FD) under the car thus improving FC. But this improving FC figure are ignorable/unnoticeable at a low speed. It is somewhat more noticeable at a high speed cruising. In conclusion, i'm not sure enough whether our versions of BK that available here are properly design (for streamline air-flow) & fully tested (wind tunnel) or not? At least the BK do the justice to my eyes coz our Forte looks very nice & sporty with BK actually  thumbup.gif
