Mine it is normally below RM350 for normal servicing..once i had major service, i think it's around RM700-RM800..

Want to ask the hilux owner. What can the MID display? The one next to the clock. Triton comes with some good multi information display. Also, since these information are preset up by manufactures, will there be any issue with hilux and triton if one decides to upgrade the fuel tank to a large capacity ones.

For your case,better go for TRITRON.Better performance in term of town use and long distance.
The main thing u need to consider is comfortable.From my experiance,the only 4X4 which is not much bouncing is TRITON.
A very good suspension.Of course toyota is better,but the suspension is very hard and its design for tough usage.If you go more to off road,than go for toyota.TRITON,generate better horse power.

I was looking for a Triton for work use, after consider my budget, I bough a 2nd hand Frontier, although triton more comfortable.
But after purchase, some friends told me that frontier quite a lot of maintenance problem, but they are also hear from some body. Is there any frontier owner can share some experience, for the problem u face, $ you spend to repair, modification to prevent and any other valuable experience would be appreciate.

What I hear is :

1. Engine over heat - I was own a NISSIAN B14 sentra, it face 2 time engine over hrat to burn engin head, but the temperature both show normal temperature. Is it a Nissian common problem? A sales men advice me to replace a bigger radiator tank....???

2. Turbo timer require - Any brand and how much u spend? Is it really neccessary?

3. For cargo - Canopy is quite expensive now, and some times I need to carry stuff higher than it, is there any suggestion and $ reference?

Frontier is famous for engine oil starvation. Some problem with the lube pump, pumping not enough oil for engine lubrication. If u no high rev often, it should do fine.

O!! It is too bad to hear it~
Coz seldom hear triton or hilux even DMAX engin over heat!
Any solution to prevent or modify or upgrade ??
Seems like I have to take care my car as a baby liaw loh........
