Went to Perfect Living yesterday and pay a deposit to secure the Fair rate with Tong Ging at Pudu.
Manage to secure the following with them,
Yet down light with 2 energy saving bulb including housing - RM 30 per set
2 pin PLC light bulb - RM 6 per piece
T5 - RM RM 16 per no (1 feet long if not mistaken)
How is the pricing?

Any one here deal with them before? Are they reliable?

Hye, is it possible to install dimmer for T5 lights? I'm using T5 essential batten 21W & 28W. I come to this question since I read in the Philips website that T5 can be dimmable but have to install some ballast named "Mark 10". Here is the website: http://philipslightingcontrols.com/mark-10-mark-7

I bought one from US apple store. It only for US because the power source is 110V. You need to have power converter.

guys, i got excited after reading about the discussion about lighting,

i went to about 4 lighting shops today to enquire about lightings including download, designer light etc, since i need to renovate my house.

what caught my attention is there is now promotion on philips downlight. a 12 watt LED donlight that usually cost 100++ is selling for RM78.

Other shops that sell downlight (with LED included), china import cost about RM45 each. Both are LED bulbs (the big one), so if you need to change, is easier. It's not the driver type.

Just to share, if you are considerin philips, it think now is the right time tobuy since promotion is until June 15.

Hi guys, is anyone using Philips Essential battens (TCH086) for cove lightings?

Any idea if the tube of one of the multiple battens linked together spoilt, will the other battens still continue to light up?
