mobo=> gaygaybyte 870a-ud3 = RM380

enuf for rm700 (source : pc-zone)

proc=> Phenom II 555 BE = RM320 (can n got chance to unclock to 4 core)
mobo=> MSI 7599 870A-G45 = RM355

all for RM675(sae RM25).

or another mobo option is Asrock 870 Extreme 3, but add RM4 to the above 2nd build budget(total RM679)

ya, u can get sempron 140 n spend the rest of the money on a really good 800 series mobo, maybe like MSI 790fx-GD70 or sumtin
