hey, those DFI 790FX/790GX board can support phenom ii x6 or not?
their website didn't update the cpu support list.

u can email them for d bios update, they should provide d bios eventhou they're ledi outta desktop mainboard business. i believe thuban still can run decently on those boards eventhou they're optimized for 8xx series.

if ur gunnin for high end, by all mean go for chiv. lady gaga gaygay gigabyte 890fxt-ud5 is another option but given d price in mesia it won't make any diff w/ chiv, this makes chiv d only choice for high end market. on mid range level, u can consider biobintang 890fxe, but ppl tend to look down on it... especially those w/ thick wallets...

member tu low profile, tu pasal duk senyap2... unlike me, tin kosong always make noise... but when it comes to tamin lemons, i can do nothing but to blame this & that...

BTW i don't think 890FX-UD5 entered m'sia ah bro, all place i look only has UD7, who the hell has that big ass casing to fit that mobo i donno lah

CF? as ah_khoo point out the biobintang 890FXE is ok, it just people who always look down on them..
The only thing u need to remember tho is the additional command at the back for flashing bios (eg: /p /s /whatahell )

Other than that how about Asus M4A89TD ker or maybe Giga 890GX mobo ker, both got CF also

aik... xde ke... ud5 tu ok ape.... 890fxe ram oc is slightly weaker if compared to all d big boys but price wise no one can beat 'em... sigh...

nak muat ud7 senang aje... gi kedai hardware beli 'gaji, pastu 'gaji like we saw d woods in kemahiran hidup during high school time...

not all..but during the OCing process, normally ppl turn it off..

so do i..but after finalize to daily usage OC, i turn it on..

yeah but if sum water cooled people who run 4Ghz speed wont enable CnQ, it will crash sumhow eh. true?

I only turn off CnQ during high benching, for 24/7 CnQ is a must

what i see in this video, linus oc his 1055t to 4.0ghz with CnQ on..

n can see that CnQ n SpeedStep option more improve that support OC cpu..

my cpu is always 'busy' so i dont turn CnQ & C1E back on

how your electric bill when you turn off that feature?

You can always decrease the speed using software.
