for those who is facing the "no sms tone" problem, I have something to share (though I don't think it may work for everyone)

I deleted some of my old sms (not more than 100, if I remember correctly). Nothing will happen immediately, but after I restarted my phone, the sms tone came back on.

why after im upgrade the firmware to latest, the new firmware didnt have interface effect like old firmware. its suppose got some ffect like when u open menu, it wil popup with effect. now it just show dull menu with any effect. wonder why

Nokia Care is just getting to my nerves..Seriously! ..Bought my phone and after 2-3days it started to show dead pixel and the keypad was not really fitted nicely as it has some sound when pressing..I sent my phone to Nokia Care on 28th January and every week I'm checking on my phone status and the answer I get when I call them is "still pending" till today..I called them today and told them I have no more patient on waiting anymore..And I asked her to check how long more will it take for my phone to be ready..The answer she gave was "call you back"..After 1-2hrs no call..I call her and she tells me "call you back,technical busy"..After 1-2hrs again still no calls so I decided to call them again and the answer I got was "sorry the part we order from Nokia but we still waiting for the part"..At that part I was damn pissed off and I asked her again when will my phone be ready..She say she is not sure and will call me once its ready..All I did was hanged up the damn phone..I'm seriously damn bloody pissed off..Any suggestion on what should I do? as its gonna be a month and my warranty is just gone like that?..I mean WTF! ..I just got my phone 2-3days and this what happens to me..My last damn time buying Nokia phones..Ridiculous services..

i just got the e72 a few days ago, and i am using JoikuSpot as wifi hotspot, realize it is running very slow and theres a 'E' beside the reception logo, does it mean i am running on edge?

if so, how do i make it run on 3G? my network mode is dual band and i am using Digi Internet as my APN..

any guru can help to advise?

Settings > Phone > Network > Network Mode > UMTS

Oh, if auto will not auto change to 3.5g ?

So if UTMS will auto change 2G if 3.5 not available?

i think that is because it is using edge..weird, wont auto select 3g

I get about average 149ms ping using speedtest on my ipad. Average speed 521kbps. Upload i nv see. Jes now i dl app from itunes and it goes tona whooping 1.2mbps

ooo i just turn on the 3G network instead of dual band.. now it's downloading at 800kbps, nice..hehe uploading at 300 kbps

If initial setting is GSM and you set to Dual Mode, it will stick to GSM setting.
Yes, UMTS setting will auto change to Dual Mode after some time, then it will change to 2G if 3G is not available. It will take some time to change too.
Of course, bear in mind, UMTS is consume a lot of battery.
