Any recommendations where to get a Nokia E72 Zitron/Avaxx?..Still thinking where to get my set from..

Guys I just realized that there is 3 small dead pixels on my Nokia E72 Zitron set..I recently bought it 2 days back from e_trade_pj..I asked e_trade_pj for a new replacement set but he say his supplier does not allow..Kindda dissapointed here as I just bought it 2 days back and there is already 3 dead pixels and therefore I cant get a new replacement set..I called Nokia Center and they say it will take 3-4 days to fix the LCD..I really dont want to send it for repair..Can I fight on getting a new set or I will need to proceed for repair..I've been reading online and I found out that less than 14days old set that has any defect, it is possible to get 1 to 1 exchange..Is it true?..

Thanks for the reply guys..I called the NCC at afternoon just now about my issue and I asked them whether I will get a 1 to 1 exchange or my phone will be repaired,they said they will repair it only..2 days old phone going for repair..What a disappointment..You guys think I can ask Nokia Center for 1to1 exchange even thought I did not get it from Nokia(got it from a authorized dealer)..

Added on January 25, 2011, 7:14 pmI do have the receipt with me..Anyway I'm having few other small problem such as the battery cover is loose(makes noise when holding) and also when I press the end call button,it makes so funny noise..

Anyway my warranty card is not filled and there is no retailer's stamp on it..and also I've just checked the phone Zitron sticker behind and the date is marked on November 2010 but I bought it 2 days ago..Will the warranty starts from Nov 2010 or 2 days ago when I purchase the phone?..I really hope Nokia give me a 1 to 1 exchange..Anyway the price I bought is RM1020 which is lower than the Nokia store price which is at RM1108 if not mistaken..Will they still accept the 1 to 1 exchange..

That means my warranty expires on Nov 2011?..Isn't that fair as I got brand new and the warranty should start on the day I bought it..

So should I try to claim from Nokia Store for 1 to 1 exchange?..I will need to show my proof of purchase or they will look at the Zitron Sticker?.. I'll be going to the one at 1U later..

Nokia Care is just getting to my nerves..Seriously! ..Bought my phone and after 2-3days it started to show dead pixel and the keypad was not really fitted nicely as it has some sound when pressing..I sent my phone to Nokia Care on 28th January and every week I'm checking on my phone status and the answer I get when I call them is "still pending" till today..I called them today and told them I have no more patient on waiting anymore..And I asked her to check how long more will it take for my phone to be ready..The answer she gave was "call you back"..After 1-2hrs no call..I call her and she tells me "call you back,technical busy"..After 1-2hrs again still no calls so I decided to call them again and the answer I got was "sorry the part we order from Nokia but we still waiting for the part"..At that part I was damn pissed off and I asked her again when will my phone be ready..She say she is not sure and will call me once its ready..All I did was hanged up the damn phone..I'm seriously damn bloody pissed off..Any suggestion on what should I do? as its gonna be a month and my warranty is just gone like that?..I mean WTF! ..I just got my phone 2-3days and this what happens to me..My last damn time buying Nokia phones..Ridiculous services..
