Whatsapp updated again today. There's no way to stop Whatsapp, since it clearly stated in website that you need an unlimited data plan for Nokia.

Untill I can find a good replacement for my white E72, I'll be using it. New Nokia C-series & E-series still can't beat E72, IMHO.

My E72 drains battery very fast these days. I think after a full charge overnight, than on the next day, the battery hardly last almost a day!
What could be the cause of this problem?

I'm rarely on 3G unless if I want to whatsapp with my friends, I closed off apps that I don't use & I've set my Mail Exchange to sync every 4hours.

DO i need to buy a new battery? FYI,i've been using this phone for about 2 1/2 years already.

Loved this phone to bits, as it's more systematic & easier to find contacts & arranging my busy schedules on the calendar.

My current Nokia E72 firmware version is 081.003 (15 Oct 2011).
Already got some problems, like
Not Enough Memory prompt,
Cannot start Ovi Maps,
Syncing with Nokia Ovi Suite need restart phone 1st,
etc.
Anyway, still usable as basic phone and other basic features I like.

Now it has new Firmware Version 091.004
Is it recommended to upgrade ?
I hope it can solve some my problem,
I scare it getting WORST ???!!!

there are 2 problems with this.

either no.1 ur phone has been jumping from 3g to edge signal for too frequent. umobile has this problem since their 3g signal and edge signal is almost the same for indoor, therefore it will jump and causing the phone to get overheated.

it happened on my e72 on umobile prepaid.

My 3 year old E72's keypad now is beginning fall one by one. Quite sad as this is the best business phone i ever used.

I guess touchscreen is the way to go nowadays eh?

On another note, i'm eyeing on nokia asha 302. The phone looks similar to e72. What do you guys think?
