hi there, just wondering izit got nokia chat @ IM for nokia for e72 lastest firmware? cos last time got and i tried to use it on previous firmware and it work great. but now said not available.... cn u help me?

why after im upgrade the firmware to latest, the new firmware didnt have interface effect like old firmware. its suppose got some ffect like when u open menu, it wil popup with effect. now it just show dull menu with any effect. wonder why

hi guys, my fren using e72 which i recently bought 2nd from forumer
after i updated to latest firmware, about 2-3 week, the phone always hang about 1-3times a week

the phone will light it keyboard, the screen show nothing, on/off button didnt work, only need to take out the battery to restart it.

can any1 here help me solve this problem? the phone just 2-3 week from updated latest firmware..

i just found out that my friend e72 always hang after she set phone lock. using 052.005 firmware.
how to solved this? im disappointed with nokia support
