QUOTE(brucesss @ Jul 6 2010, 08:26 PM) I complained to Nokia via email regarding the software related problems a while back. This is the latest reply from them:CODE Dear Mr. Tan, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please be informed that the fix for your concern will be released on Press Release 3 which is on week 31. Kind regards, Nicky E. Nokia Careline So I presume that the "fix" should be a new firmware update. This post has been edited by teelim: Jul 6 2010, 08:32 PM |

QUOTE(skyer @ Jan 10 2011, 01:30 PM) Thanks for your suggestion...but what I meant was, I want it to be vibrate during silent mode, then I also want to turn off the vibration if needed. I guess you could use another profile instead if silent... but i guess using the power button is a little less convenient though |

QUOTE(imjustakit @ Feb 16 2011, 04:24 PM) hi all E72 users, plan to get a new phone lately to replace my old k810, with wifi, qwerty keypad, good camera and gps. I have been using it every now and then. I find it ok. Just that a larger screen (and touch screen) would be better if you wanted to make any changes/corrections with one hand when the phone is stuck to the car windscreen. Other than that, it works finee72 seems suits me, and i like it's design, cool looking ^.< Question, is the e72 screen too small to use as GPS device(not too often though)? any e72 user can share ur thoughts/experience? thanks! |

QUOTE(nicvoo @ Feb 17 2011, 12:45 AM) http://discussions.europe.nokia.com/t5/Ese...p/660837/page/3 ... and still no solution from Nokia. WTF!?!?seems like a bunch of dudes havin the same prob stupid bug Added on February 17, 2011, 4:25 pm QUOTE(ryoko2505 @ Feb 17 2011, 08:26 AM) the only drawback would be that a prolong usage of GPS on the phone , (1) your battery is gonna run dry pretty quickly (2) the fone becomes warm to the touch within minutes which can decrease the battery life-span. well... a car charger solves half your problem. This post has been edited by teelim: Feb 17 2011, 04:25 PM |

for those who is facing the "no sms tone" problem, I have something to share (though I don't think it may work for everyone)
I deleted some of my old sms (not more than 100, if I remember correctly). Nothing will happen immediately, but after I restarted my phone, the sms tone came back on. I hope this helps. |

besides the slightly larger clock in home screen, I did not notice any diff.
would like to report that CTRL+V still does NOT work in QuickOffice |
