Manually flash using RSDlite...2.36 is actually the latest European release while 2.34.3 is the latest HK release. Both should work on our sets. Other sets like Canadian, Brazilian sets etc are still at 2.31, which means that their Motorola haven't issue updates for them yet.

Seriously just wanna know:

People say "laggy" all the time. How exactly to judge if a phone is "laggy"? What is it that is happening or doesn't happen?

dunno..that why i wanna know how laggy it was..im an iphone user b4.for me..iphone..quite smooth when open application..even wen u startup the phone..for me its smooth enuf..but i hate WinMo..
