after flashing to 02.36 mp3 music cannot search mp3 anymore

Just go to about phone-->system update. It'll detect the update automatically.

Hey people! Need some help again!

I am trying to use the MS without any data plan at the moment, only relying on Wifi. The problem is, I can't seem to download any apps from the Market through Wifi, my downloads will state that its starting and it would take ages and it never starts! The wifi port is just in my room.
Is it normal to wait quite long?
Or would I need a data plan to download apps?
Or can I download it to my computer and transfer it to my MS?

Another problem I am facing is my credit is being drained!
I am currently using:
Settings>Wireless & Networks>Mobile networks>Use only 2G networks
There is a icon with a letter 'G' at the top next to the battery.
Is that causing me to lose my credit?
What can i do to avoid losing credit? I wanna only use Wifi if possible.

Updating can settle the alarm bug? Just go to settings>about phone>system updates?

still same"Your system is currently up to date", after update ur guys firmware will show which version?

support flash..need to download the app or update the firmware..or already built in..coz i saw on youtube review saying not support flash fully

I am in the same situation with you, but i am lucky to find out the apps APNdroid, it can disable all 3G, Edge and GPRS. Only Wifi is enable!

no problem to use Wifi download software from market,

to disable connect internet through your mobile network, use APNDroid

btw, just now do a system update check, found a new update for my brightstar set, downloading now

Do I get APNDroid from the market?

u sayin u can't download any of the app..so how u gonna download APNDroid..or APNDroid already in ur mobile

there is another way... search for apndroid.apk in google

then put it in your memory card in install through astro file manager
you need to at least have astro file manager from market

After few hour playing with my ms with 2.36 update...
i found an important changes to my ms which is>

im didnt have MS yet..planning to buy it next week..thats why..still newbie..astro file manager..what function dat app..izzit an app that u can install any app from memory card to ur internal memory?

actually astro fiile manager is an app for viewing all the files in ur hp...u can browse the .apk file downloaded inside ur memory card and install using the app manager

like said by ligter .... it makes things easier to do like installing games, apps, and widgets in your M.card and also can view text file, copy,edit, paste file that is in your phone.,no need to use a computer

And yes my MS is not so laggy anymore!
I dunno whether it's because all my apps have been wiped so I have more memory or it's cos of the update...

One thing I noticed besides the the HQ for youtube app is that the Water live wallpaper now ripples when u touch the screen!!!

If all apps have been wiped sure la faster All South East Asian sets should have the 2.36 update already. Yep, since build 2.34 they fixed all the bugs, including the water ripples effect in the LWP.

WTH , 2 of my fren using MS can update, only me cant! wat happen? need wait monday go service center!
