root > xrecovery > download from xda 2.2 or 2.3 rom > backup ur rom > install new rom > than u don even need link2sd cos its already native...everything complete

I tried CM7 Rom from XDA.. the only bug they mention is the camera only. But, i encounter another problem. My phone shows that my SD card is corrupted. How to fix that in the ROM? Or maybe my SD card does corrupted for real?! Anyone had the same problem like me? Your reply is appreciated.

You can try open your SD card from PC to know if it really corrupted... If it still can be open means it was not corrupted.

the wifi on my x8 seems to disconnect quite frequently (whenever the phone locks the screen automatically). How do I prevent it from going to sleep? It keeps on disconnecting my Eternal Legacy download...

Its bcos of the setting tht makes the wifi off whn ur screen is off..

Go to setting>wireless n networks>wifi setting>press home button>wifi sleep policy..

Chg the wifi on always even whn the screen is off..

I put mine to never already .

Then juz put ur screen to always on..

Haih, just bought the X8 for my wife as her birthday present (surprise, she didn't knew about this yet)

Then I flashed [ROM] MiniCM6-1.0.1 + MiniCM7-2.0.0 port for the X8 - the ROM runs good but no pinch to zoom? What's wrong? I followed all the instructions ok, factory reset done after update.zip.. Any other way apart from reflashing the ROM?

Or which ROM is ok? Fast, and doesn't suck battery that much. TQ

its already inside...mayb the way u use it ~ ( i mean need training 1st time after than very easy )
open 1 website eg google
put 1 of ur finger on empty place , than only put another bout 1cm gap ( not 2 finger together put , 1by1)
than ~ no need explain gua..both hand bigger gap and its a zoom @.@
