x8 user here, finally bought it today for 730 hehe

I got mine for 730, quite a bargain for me hehe

mine ap got extra back cover huhu

By default mine is white with dark blue. The extra i got is pure white. U dun get any extra meh?

Finally found silicone case for x8.. It fits nicely :-D

Yeah I'm also having.that problem, but it's just a minor problem for me. Maybe they will fix iton 2.1 update, who knows

Just saw your post and hereis how I do it..

I'm using handcent and set it as default, replacing default sms.

After that there will be two sms notification, one from handcent n another fromdefault sms. U can see handcent shows the right one.

To disable having two sms notification, just untick notification for default sms..

It works for me

the phone ok la, but 1.6 is a major letdown, hopefully they will update to 2.1 end of this year fast...

n no, no multitouch support for this phone, none as i heard til now..

now only got ap set n only white color available..

The original x8 just make it into our shore, with rm899 pricetag, quite pricey imo.. But no black color..

for those who hav rooted their phone, can someone share ur preinstalled youtube apk file to me? ive rooted my x8 n accidentally uninstalled preinstalled youtube n now i cant play any youtube file >.<

dunno if it works but i guess it can...

can meh? i search in market but none available... others like tubemate only like a medium to play n save, but still needs the preinstalled youtube to play...

plus, i found one on the market but its not compatible, i guess not for 1.6
