i thought of buying an x8 before however ended up with a used htc magic, cheaper, runs on eclair, bigger ram, and possibly 'faster'?

Haih, just bought the X8 for my wife as her birthday present (surprise, she didn't knew about this yet)

Then I flashed [ROM] MiniCM6-1.0.1 + MiniCM7-2.0.0 port for the X8 - the ROM runs good but no pinch to zoom? What's wrong? I followed all the instructions ok, factory reset done after update.zip.. Any other way apart from reflashing the ROM?

Or which ROM is ok? Fast, and doesn't suck battery that much. TQ
