go to setting->connectivity and connect to any available wifi
key in *0000# and try again.

For me i dont like ovi suite. I use the traditional way

PCsuite + NSU = no problem

erm. not sure. 1st time bought my phone, it give me same error. i enable wifi, try again and it work..

guys, my fon got problem, everytime in aircond the screen will have blue/grey stripes, cant see anything, it will be ok when i go out from aircond area. any idea? thanks

send for warranty... might be lcd failure or gpu failure due to low temperature...
otherwise, u can try blow ur phone with hair dryer for few minutes (maybe 1~2), and see the result...(this method work, referring to other forumer but forgot which thread dy)

no more warranty. after heating up everything back to normal but it will happen when its cold, almost everyday since im in office. i dont think so there is something wrong with the screen, coz everytime when it happens i will switch off and before the phone switched off the Nokia logo can be clearly seen.

Yea, i mean the map file. I updated it but it seems not much of improvements in terms of POI if compared to previous version.

seem like it do have update, POI vise the nokia Maps won't be as much as MFM Maps, but what we really need is the roads update, if really want to point out the advantage of the nokia Maps it would be the internal road (example inside the factory, housing area/block) are more detail compare with MFM where this tiny road just doesn't exist. nod.gif

i just like ovi maps because its accuracy, i move it move, and also can browse map without worrying for it to hang...

i just learned that garmin v.5.00.60 is the last version of garmin...garmin mobile xt for symbian is discontinued.
