I bet the english sub is the same with the one in Eng version.
I'm playing the Chinese version and obviously the sub is not translated directly from the jap VO. Most of the times the sub shows totally different things from what the characters are saying. Sometimes I can even see there is eng sub but no Jap voice and the characters' mouths are moving.
It seems that they ripped off the english VO in Eng version then put in the Jap VO.

Wah so lame wan ar... Still prefer the original full English version for the best experience

I got question about treasure hunter trophy.I dont need to equip the item right? Just upgrade the item only is it? And how much money i need to upgrade every item(raw calculation) excluding trapz?

Just finished my FF13, but still haven't complete some side quest bosses.
Comment to this episode is a bit too easy and gameplay too straight forward...., character design and storyline also so so only..... don't get much excitement from this episode.... i give 3/5 stars
Still like the FFX and FFX-2, FF12 also better that this episode

I'm playing Eng version (bought at RM150 with the PS3 price), want to find eng sub + japanese voice but don't have, heard chinese version is more expensive at RM200 thats why i go for Eng.

Scared to go for Raktajiva. since there's 2 of them. if one, I can probably still manage. But using Fang, Snow, Hope, I managed to get one done with 5 stars.

So, do you guys have any tips if I don't want to use Aegisol and Fortisol for this battle?I still have to start with Sab Sen Syn eh?

Fang <-> Snow, unnecessary role duplication... better swap Snow for Light

I actually find it awkward that Snow is a much better Sen than Fang. Its really funny. Fang always never gets the attention of the damn enemies, and snow is like, always!

Thank God my fights with Zirnitra were reduced to obscurity after knowing Sab Sen Syn.

equip at least 50 magic defense before Raktavija twin fight, esp for SEN, and one SEN at each paradigm shifts

after it breaks, go for COM/COM/RAV all the way, recommend one RAV for increasing % stagger

I think its COM RAV RAV. Kalau tak, naya lagi sorang COM bantai yang barrier punya Raktajiva.

The Eng sub is lame, but the chi sub seems accurate after I've played a small part of it. And now I'm not sure about the moving-mouth without voice because I noticed that the characters are lip-synced with Jap VO. But I thought I saw the moving-mouth thing, still need to confirm on 2nd playthrough.

BTW items, weapons, battle menu etc names are all the same with eng version. Only they are changed if you play chi-subbed version.

So if you are playing for the chi sub then worth buying. Or if you can just ignore the less accurate eng sub. For me, I can ignore the lame eng sub, but not the eng dub.

for the Raktajiva fight, like ajis said, 50% magic defense is a must. Start of the battle get a sen/syn/syn or sen/syn/med combo to buff/heal.
Then have a com/rav/rav or rav/rav/rav (after stagger is 40%) for quick staggering. sen/med/med to heal once in a while. and once staggered any combination of sab + sen + syn or similiar to quickly cast deprotect and deshield. Then deal damage with com/com/rav.

Use Sazh,snow,hope.Sazh is for syn give u haste.Fang sab and hope medic.You need sazh for leader because of cold blood.I try to use lightning for leader already but the problem is sazh syn is better than lightning as my lighnting syn is not max yet.Sazh is very important to give you enfire and haste and you also better have your hope for slowga as you want to slow them as soon as possible.when they are slow,your job is more easier.when one of it is in stagger,keep use rav/rav/rav and use sazh cold blood to quick stagger to max.after that,rav/com/rav and i kill the 1st with 1 stagger.the 2nd one is more easier =) make sure you slow both of them 1st b4 u wanna make 1 of it stagger.I use hope because I realize that his heal is much better than vanille
