where can i get Catalog? i now in chapter 9.

Ladies & gentlemen, I finally able to beat Adamantoise/Adamantortoise with full combat skill (without using Vanielle's Death)...but it took me an average of 20 freaking minutes to kill that monster!

How am I supposed to farm Platinum Ingotz/Trapz if 1 monster will take me roughly 20mins? Any other strategies?

My PS:

SAB SEN MED(main)
SAB SEN SYN
SAB SAB MED
MED SAB MED
RAV COM RAV
COM SEN MED

Debuff both legs first while buffing up my team, then slowly going for the kill after both legs are down.

But, is it that my team still weak? My Lightning is 18k HP, Fang 22k & Hope 16k, with all class CP skills max to lvl5 except for 1 more class CP skill. My lightning is using Omega weapon but still at lvl50 (Quick stagger), the rest using 2nd tier lvl weapons.


Also, other than killing Sacrifice, where can I farm more gil? Need to upgrade my ultimate weapons...

Ahh..Hopefully it will be good. I died like 5 times trying to get it even with all the shround. Not even can get half of its HP.

Get it from finishing mission 8 i believe. And mission can only be access in Chapter 11.

I think the SEN is useless since the it'll hit everyone. But I can't remember if it helps the others buff their defences.

I remember that i'm using
Com, Med, Sen
to slowly kill it, ussually will use a Sentinel to absord damage from high level monster (except area damage boss)

Team: Fang, Venielle, Lightning

Tactic (by sequence) :
1) SAB, RAV, RAV - Fang deprotect left leg until it staggered
2) COM, RAV, RAV - Fang use highwind to kill left leg in 1 hit
3) SYN, MED, SYN- Fang Haste everyone, then cast double attack, double magic, double protect to Venielle, Lightning, Fang
4) SAB, RAV, RAV - Fang deprotect right leg until it staggered
5) COM, RAV, RAV - Fang use highwind to kill right leg in 1 hit
6) SAB, SAB, SAB - deprotect, imperil, slow, .., .. 5 negative magic to the fallen Adamantoise
7) COM, RAV, RAV - attack him until 900%
8) COM, COM, COM - finished him off

MUS HAVE accessory : reduce earth damage 40% Gaian Ring for each teammate
My Fang can damage until 160k damage per hit with Genji Glove
His weapon Kain Lance still at lvl 95, no gil to upgrade equip with 2Power Glove +500 Strength (Total Strength 3000)

But urh.

Which enemy do I need to defeat to farm adamantites? Dark matter and Trapz, another case.

ur party consider strong edi compare mine..hehe
just use eidolan, Bahamut.

debuff - deprotect, slow, deshell, imperil
buff ur party
and then attack

at first, i do really think the same too.
but in the end, i found it's the most usefull especially in mission 51 ( if i'm not mistaken) fighting the Attacus, and the last mission 64

Where is the easiest place to farm for CP at the end of the game? Wanted to farm one monster where i met before the last boss (2 monster) that actually gives 30k CP but i cant seem to reach that section in the map anymore. Anywhere else to farm CP?

adamantoise in eden hall..

LOL..I tried that but got killed in 1 stomp. And i havent even attack.

Can we get more than 1 sprint shoe in this game?

want to ask,i beat the titan trial, but there is no shao long gui or do i have do the circling cieth mission?
and why i can't redo mission 5?

You need to finish the 6 circling cieth stone missions to unlock shao long gui.

upgrade Tetradic Tiara* to star status then dismantle it.
u will obtain hermes sandals and upgrade it to get sprint shoe

Question: Where do i obtain Genji Glove?

Need this to cut down my ridiculous time (~20min) defeating Adamantoise/tortoise to <5 min if possible.

Added on July 27, 2010, 1:50 pmI would suggest that you focus farm Gil instead of CP, CP will max far faster compare huge amount of gil needed if you want to get all the equipment in order to unlock platinum trophy......
