Why am i getting a result of 1.5mbps during night and 4.0mbps during day by using speedtest??but downloading still remain 400kb using Mu premium account...??

I always got inaccurate speed test results which is so annoying. Finally, I got this believable reading. My package is CoolUniPack at 4Mbps.

HI just installed 4mbps package. i got this service acceptance form with SNR 31.1 and Attenuation 9.0. is this cool??

how come my area cant support 4mb package?
i wanted to subscribe 4mb package d staff say not available in my area.. now using 1mb.. i thought unifi also gonna come out d.. still my area cant get 4mb |

strangely.. downloads never exceed more than 1.5mbps.. slower than before new upgrade... any help please.. thanks

i just installed 4mbps from 1 mbps, but the technician told me that ,y account need 24 hours for the speed upgrade... it that true???

yesterday, technician came my home for 4mbps installation, but he said need 24hours for my account upgrade. but until now already 24hours, i still cant get the 4 mbps speed..... somebody can help me????????????????
