activate to 4mbps since 30/08/10.... max i can go is 2mbps or line problem? been calling tmnut a few time, and the telephony said their record already show 4mbps. really feel cheated now.

Your line is cap at 2045..email a screenshot for them perhaps?

Guys my modem shows that my downstream margin is 4096kbps but today i went to tm point and upgrade they said that the port is full??possible?? sad.gif

Why am i getting a result of 1.5mbps during night and 4.0mbps during day by using speedtest??but downloading still remain 400kb using Mu premium account...?? blink.gif
