Cut cost la.. It is not cost effective to build in America and last time even assembled in Malaysia.. Cheaper cost would be in China because of the cheap labor..

Agree with Mr.Docter when you wanna buy something different from others...then you also need to expect different outcome..thats a risk you need to take when buying super high end stuff

if the Alienware is not assemble in China, now u have no chance buying an Alienware at 5k or 6k, cost u BOMB d..

well i tried comparing dell us and malaysia...for the same spec....the different of price is about 1k plus (just product comparison,didnt include delivery)

my one was around 10k plus @@

the reason y almost everything are made in china because the cost is cheap lol

not to say about anyone else, me myself also face a problem about my GTX280M SLi when i'd brought my beast. you can refer to my previous topic regarding this matter. but instead of posting with angry, i do prefer resolving that issue with asking more expert people like Astria, Lee & Prasys and thanks God, its actually due to setting in my bios. how the heck i should know about this since my previous laptop is just typical Acer. so its new experience for me, which i can use to help others in this Mothership
