Well aside from the onsite, you got screen upgrade, better design and a complete cover which you can bet if they're gonna change/upgrade another model when yours broke intentionally(Oops... did I say that?? tongue.gif)

BenQ S42 is EOL already.. that is the best gaming laptop from the list above.. except if u want play DirectX11 game..[9600M GT not support DirectX11 game]

well.. other than S42.. why not you go for Acer 4740G, i5 430M + Nvidia 310M@RM2499 << the price could be lower than this

it depend on your requirements and needs ++ usage.. sweat.gif
*
Yea i cant find any BenQ S42 around anymore.. >< anyway i use the laptop mainly more online surfing/chatting.. video/movie.. sometimes play online game or facebook game.. usually use for long hour..

ok, this laptop will be the primary usage one..
i mean there is no PC,

usage i think moderate use....
no heavy game....

mostly internet and word processing....

my budget is RM2000, but if can get less is better....

at least 2GB RAM, with 250GB HDD, ....

my problem is i don't know anything about the processing for laptop...

Acer 4551, Athlon II P320 + ATi HD4250, FreeDOS@RM1499

upgrade to 2GB RAM, add Win7, an u re good to go... nod.gif

with that, i guess it's time that i update my own 14" recommendation list...

Do you make video of your sims 2..? want to play sims 2 in high graphic setting..?
if yes.. you need performance laptop[better processor]

well..
I suggest.. you raise your budget a bit.. and get Dell Inspiron 14R for RM 2199[i3 330M + Intel HD graphics]

or even
Asus K40Ie for RM 2099 [T6570 + Nvidia 310M]
Lenovo G450 for RM 1999 [T6570 + Nvidia G310M]

Dell Inspiron 15[T4400 spec] is consider good actually..

but better go for better processor..
