ok, this laptop will be the primary usage one..
i mean there is no PC,

usage i think moderate use....
no heavy game....

mostly internet and word processing....

my budget is RM2000, but if can get less is better....

at least 2GB RAM, with 250GB HDD, ....

my problem is i don't know anything about the processing for laptop...

considering migrating from desktop to notebook.

1. Brand : Any brand, as long as it have a good customer service, warranty issue

2. Budget : currently rm2k max, but if needed, can fund rm500 more

3. Specs : u suggest, i will use this notebook to run adobe photoshop, some video editing and surfing internet.

4. Size : 14'': if my budget can get me a 15'' do suggest too!

5. Capabilities : thinking to extend to LCD monitor which support 1920x1080 reso, if my budget permit me to have this reso on external monitor, pls do suggest me..

I am currently having a CQ40.
Had to wait three weeks to get my AC Adaptor replaced due to malfunction.
Laptop battery died within a year.
And now, it's core temperatures are averaging at 78 degrees! 

oh yes.. it actually similar with i7 620M... but i7 620M has Turbo Boost technology and HTT too

T9550 is also great choice too
