I think is different target. Empire mall is PJ resident n TA will be kepong/Sg buloh people.
Don be surprise that kepong people buying power is very strong. TA direct compertitor will be arcadia in desa park city. |

Yeap different target but WAY too many malls nearby.. i think the whole kepong/sg buloh area lacks malls n hv been supporting damansara malls like 1u, ipc etc..
Buying power is strong i bliv but not very strong.. very strong purchasing power wld be dpc, damansara areas.. U know what other components they launching next? |
