TA next development after ativo sofo will be a commercial integrated with MRT 2.

It's a bit of an oxymoron to have to pay additional for the facilities when you are already paying maintenance charges.

However, since it is already approved by in the AGM, that means it's been agreed by all to impose this. But I think the rationale is to limit the usage of these courts- because they are extremely popular with residents, who will also invite outsiders to come in to play. I mean why don't you impose entrance fee for the swimming pool and gyms?!

As a resident staying in Bandar Sri Damansara, I have been following the progress of the development in Damansara Avenue. One of the major reasons why they didn't launch Ativo SoFo was due the land acquisition by MRT. That resulted in a major revamp in their building plan. Furthering from that, the relaunching now as Ativo Suites is scheduled for June-July. Indicative price of RM9XXpsf is for the 5XX-7XXsf units. Whereas for larger sized units of 1XXXsf and above, could be in the region RM7XXsf. There was a media invitation preview last 24th March 2017. Anyone has friends in the media? Will be good if they can unveil some info.
