When will they build the menjalara flyover? The masterplan video shows all ramps from LDP leading to their own development only!

Can slow slow wait till their enginer full start for this project.
seem like TA global more focus oversea project. Their Sydney little bay cove very good response sold out jo.

TA seem like they are in the business of hoarding prime land instead of being a developer.

They are the largest prime land owner in klang valley and yet their activity in property development in malaysia is conspiciously quiet since at least 3-4 yr ago.

Isn't that a prudent move?? Always wonder how they can have so much holding power. Only worry is them launching their development at premium prices due to the slow launche at their prime land

Ya.
Example Their TA3&TA4 take so long only start. If I not mistake it started advertising in year 2009. 2015 only start developing the plot of land just infront KLCC. TA untung the appreciation of the land price already untung Gila don need to built anything on it.

As for MRT I heard it will be build near Prima damansara.

The mrt station would be somewhere near 8trium there ,
I think the occupancy of the high rise almost 70 percent while the low rise unit with bigger built up still very vacant

i had been waiting the coming launch from TA for some yrs, now no put much hope on it.
Damansara Avenue used to be very impress & potential development but seem like TA is too rich and not focusing on this project. sad.gif
